All I can safely say is that we started shipping units with the updated firmware very soon after the 4th gen iPod touch was released. I am ordering it from overseas (Australia) and I'd hate to have to send it to back to Dual since shipping internationally adds at least 10 days both ways. Is it better for me to wait until the channel clears of the older stock before I order?
